Rational:

Within the IT Industry there is a recognised need to not only improve the speed and volume of testing carried out on new products or product releases but also the necessity to continuously increase the quality of the delivered products.
As organisations strive to meet ever shortening product delivery schedules they are beset by the problems arising from reduced testing times. Namely, significant failures in production that cost much more than the originally achieved savings. Steps have to be taken to not only eradicate future production failures but at the same time overall to enhance the testing quality while not increasing the “time to market”. As software test specialists, we have undertaken many test engagements and studies. We have developed our own complete, comprehensive test methodology which we can customise for any test environment. To support our testing efforts we call upon a test specialist group and also have access to an even larger group of qualified consultant testers. A majority of this latter group has worked with us before in one or more of our testing projects and is familiar with our methodology and practices. In addition, many have used various test tool suites and, in particular, a number are certified test tool practitioners.
