This Business Unit focuses on strengthening customer relationships in the derivatives business at the senior levels, identifying additional target segments, marketing their current and future products and services, identifying opportunities to develop new products and services and monitoring overall customer satisfaction. The members of the team will focus on customer satisfaction and product rollout.
Principal responsibilities
Product Strategy
Analyze or conduct environmental assessments including: macro economic trends, regulatory landscape, legal / legislative change, customer behaviour / preference shifts Analyze or conduct product usage patterns to identify segments based on common customer buying behaviour
Business Planning:
Write portions of the annual plan as appropriateEnsure actual projects and plan are consistent
Evaluate data and provide input into Volume and revenue forecasts, Estimate of capital, expense budget and headcount
Marketing and Sales:
Contribute to annual promotional plan, activity development and implementationDevelop project-specific communications including important notices, newsletter articles, fact sheets etc.,Prepare briefing papers for meetings with customers or prospects
Support client selling and retention efforts with Relationship Management / Sales
Quality and Customer Experience
Develop product contingency plans and participate in Business Continuity Process exercises as neededDraft training materials, Support product training effort for all touch - points to the customer, inclusive of documentation , publications, E Training toolsConduct analysis of the customer satisfaction survey to measure, monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Project Management
Under direction manage moderately complex product management projects for the building of new products or enhancement / extension of current products. |
