Candidates
will have relevant Financial Services experience and compliance
background. Asset Servicing
In conjunction with the Compliance Manager, continually develop
and update as required the non-IMS business lines compliance
monitoring programme . This incorporates both FSA regulations,
the Bank's Policies and Procedures and where appropriate relevant
US regulations. This includes the Corporate Compliance monitoring
programme as well as local UK non-IMS compliance monitoring.
Assist in the analysis and interpretation of regulations
and their impact on the business responding to requests for
advice from internal departments .
Keep senior management updated on the monitoring and inform
of any risk issues. Attend seminars and maintain own knowledge
. Contribute to compliance related training.
