The candidate :
Ideally a minimum of 4-8 years experience of consulting to
Retail Financial Services organisations with the majority
of this time spent in Investment Management. This experience
will have been gained from one or more of the Big-4 consultancies
or it may be an industry specialists .
Market and Industry Knowledge
Have a good understanding of the products, processes, systems
and players in the Retail Financial Services market, and especially
Investment Management.
Have specialist knowledge of investment administration and
ideally will also have a good understanding of distribution
and retail customer administration
Have a good knowledge of the key outsource partners for
investment administration
Consulting and Project Management
Consulting competencies include; effective communication;
pragmatic, insightful problem-solving; proven project management
capability; managing projects to time and budget; proven man
management skills
Should be operating at the Project Manager level
The candidate will have a key role in helping to grow the
investment administration capability . Candidates will need
to be innovative and have gravitas.
Participation in:
- Delivering project.programmes of work
- Defining service propositions
- Developing the investment administration team capabilit
- Supporting internal operation teams to facilitate growth.
